He is survived by: his wife Beverly Blalock; his children, Jeffery Hutchens (Tammy), Everette Blalock and Whitney Dail (Joseph); his brothers, Michael Lee Blalock (Debbie) and John Mark Blalock (Linda); and his grandchildren, Cheyanne Hutchens, Mazey Blalock and Hamden Dail.
