Barbara Jane Campbell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jane Campbell of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on May 13, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Pangle and Lucille Springs Pangle; her daughter Susan Harkey Simpson; her brother Bill Pangle; her sister-in-law Jean Harkey; and her husband Guy Campbell.
She is survived by: her grandson Tyler Haney (Elizabeth); her great grandchild Austin Drane Haney; and her son-in-law George Simpson. She is also survived by three nephews, many cousins and numerous other relatives and friends.
In the spirit of her caring for others, Barbara requested any memorials in her name be made to either the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, http://www.komen.org or to her church, Mulberry Presbyterian Church.
