She was predeceased by: her parents, John Warren and Alpha Summers Warren; and her husband Jerry D. Woods. She is survived by: her sons, John D. Woods (Lori), Mark Woods (Lynn) and Steve Woods (Jenny); her brother Doug Johnson; and her grandchildren, Tammy Nance, Jonathan Woods Matthew Woods and Kenneth Woods.
