With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brenda Gilbert Williams of Albemarle, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 25, 2024 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by : her parents, Grover Gilbert and Theo Crowell; her husband Bobby Ray Williams; her daughter Jessica Nicole Williams; and her brothers, Stevie Gilbert and Timmy Crowell.

She is survived by : her son Shawn Williams (Melissa) of Norwood; her grandsons, Hunter Austin Williams (Allysa) of Albemarle and Carter McCain Williams of Norwood; and her siblings, Donna Allen, Susan Clark, Christie Wise, Cassandra Brantley and Jeffrey Crowell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care (1835 Badin Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001).
