He was predeceased by: his former wife Izora Gordon; his father Johnnie Gordon; his brothers, Jerry Brooks and James Gordon; and his daughter Charvette Houston.
He is survived by: his mother Goletha Gordon; his siblings, Savannah Jackson, Otha Brenke, Barbara Hamilton (Mike) and Robert Gordon (Gwen); his children, Ronnell Rogers (Mandy), Michelle Goodbar, Iniesha Hardiman (Nehemiah), Charles W. Gordon II (Beverly), Ciera Gordon and Tiera Gordon; his wife Elizabeth Mindy Rivera-Gordon; and his stepchildren, Omar (Lydia), Michael (Mary), Andes Lopez (Abigail) and Eve Marte (Jabal). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (32106 NC-740, Albemarle, NC 28001).
