He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel McLaurin and Layra McLaurin; his wife Joyce McLaurin; and his brothers, Bobby and Buddy McLaurin.
He is survived by: his children, Layra McLaurin and David McLaurin; his stepson Ricky Glover; his grandchildren, Alisha McLAurin, Alivia McLendon, Kevinna Pemberton, Kevin Pemberton Jr., Courtney Stough and David Stough; his great grandchildren, Aniyah and Zamiyah Massey; and his brother Dolan McLaurin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
