She is survived by: her husband Teddy Starnes; her children, Wendy Starnes-Reynolds and Derek Starnes (Christy); her grandchildren, Seth Michael Reynolds (Haleigh), Graham Matthew Reynolds (Morgan), Hunter Starnes (Victoria) and Kylee Starnes (Paul); her great grandchild Eloise Reynolds; and her brother Donnie Kimble (Linda).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care - Albemarle (1835 Badin Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
