She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Lee Helms Sr. and Minnie Robertson Helms Morgan; her daughter Lorietta Coley Leigh; and her siblings, Leonard Wayne Helms and Helen Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Melody Coley Huneycutt, Frankie Gale Coley and Jeffrey Gene Coley; and her siblings, Charlie Lee Helms, Joe Helms, Faye Hartsell and Hilda Taylor.
