She is survived by : her children, Patricia Scheller (Steven), Sandra Thompson (Mark) and James Edwards Pierce II (Christine); her stepdaughter Tammy Hayman (Michael); and her brothers, Robert Harvey, Terry Harvey and Bill Harvey. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
