She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Rouse. She is survived by: her mother Frances Rouse; her children, Melissa Grimes (Doug), Carl G. Hardy IV and Christopher Hardy (Emily); her grandchildren, Madeline Grimes, Bryce Hardy and James Grimes; and her sisters, Sue Neil Godwin and Peggy Pelletier.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered in memory of Frankie to any animal shelter/rescue or to the charity of one's choice.
