He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Lowder and Maggie McLendon Lowder Dennis. He is survived by: his wife Rose Talbert Lowder; his children, Beth Lowder Yarbrough (David) of Mt. Gilead and Troy Lowder of Albemarle; his grandchildren, Crystal Nance (Dylan) of Asheboro, Lacey Phillips of Mt. Gilead, Taylor Pletcher (Chase) of Concord and Clay Yarbrough of Mt. Gilead; and his great grandchildren, Rain, River and Reed.
A reception was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle (1835 Badin Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001). Visitation was held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Eet Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care - Albemarle (1835 Badin Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001).
