He was predeceased by: his parents, George Perser and Shirley Perser; his sister Carol Ann Perser; his stepfather Floyd Abbot; and his son-in-law Robert Seabrooks.
He is survived by: his wife Laurella Tuscany Perser; his children, Laura Ann Seabrooks and Thomas Jean Perser; his grandchildren, Thomas Morales (Giovanna), Ashley Perser, Thomas Jean Perser II, Robert Sharkey (Caitlin), Rebecca Warner (Joseph), Thomas Seabrooks and Jessica Huneycutt (Bobby); and his brother Michael Abbot. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
