We are sad to announce that on April 25, 2024, at the age of 16, James Watkins of Albemarle, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandfather James Spencer Watkins. He is survived by : his mother Jammie Watkins Ford; his sister Victoria Watkins; his grandmother Rev. Bronnie Lennon of Anson County; his aunt Crystal Watkins of Albemarle; his uncle Jessie Watkins of Albemarle; and his cousins, Morgan McKenzie, Moye'McKenzie, Trenton Davis, Tyler Watkins, Paris Watkins and Phoenix Watkins.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church (401 Wall St, Albemarle, NC 28001).
