With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janice Eury Jordan of Albemarle, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson Spurgeon Eury and Lucretia Cranford; her son Andrew "Andy" Jordan; and her siblings, Jeff, Pete, Jurl, Bill Eury, Virginia Lewis, Louise Johnson and Betty Pegram.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Eddie Jordan; her children, Dino "Dean" Jordan (Gail) of Raleigh, NC., Tracy Taylor of Albemarle, NC. and Rebecca Clark (Michael) of Oakboro, NC.; and her grandchildren, Alex Hunter (Bobbi), Daniel Clark (Courtney), Eric Clark, Caroline "Carley" Jordan, Adam Jordan, Jacob Jordan and Alexa Jordan. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home (522 N 2nd St, Albemarle, NC 28001). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home - Albemarle (522 N 2nd St, Albemarle, NC 28001).
