It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry McInnis Jr. of Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Jerry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jerry's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Haggin; and his niece Kendra L. Wilson. He is survived by: his father Jerry Stephen McInnis Sr.; and his siblings, Kellie McInnis, William McInnis, Amy McInnis and Tammy Maynard.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Whitley's Funeral Home (1748 Dale Earnhardt Blvd, Kannapolis, NC 28083). A burial was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the West Lawn Memorial Park (1350 S Main St, China Grove, NC 28023).
