He was predeceased by : his parents, John Oliver Billman and Alice Mae Franklin Billman; his siblings, Jack O. Billman, Richard P. Billman, Helen "Joy" Wright, Carl Billman and Frank H. Billman; and his nephew Troy Billman.
He is survived by : his wife Sheila Marie Cole Billman of Albemarle, NC; his children, MaeLee Scarlett Billman, Rachael Burleson, Crystal Hartsfield (Michael), Ben Billman (Jennifer), Dianne Smith of Florida and Zach McMeans of Texas; his grandchildren, Katlyn, Kristen, Kristy, Madison, Abigail, Jimmy, Jaycee and Wesley; his great grandchildren, Ella, Ava, Sophia and Harper; and his cousins, Angie Eury and Katie Byerley.
