We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Judith Carol Efird Kimrey of Albemarle, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Grant Efird and Annie Efird; her husband Larry Brady Kimrey; and her siblings, Gwendolyn Sue Efird, Claudine Simpson, Marlene Harris, Shirlene Efird, Billy Efird, Carl Efird and Jerry Efird.

She is survived by : her children, Wanda Poplin (Kenneth) of New London, Debbie Holt (Michael) of Albemarle and Larry Brady Kimrey II (Sherry) of Biscoe; her grandchildren, Shannon Hamric, Holly Poplin, William Poplin, Laura Carriker, Phillip Holt (Rachel) and Bradley Holt (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Maggie, Riley, Logan, Cameron, Liam, Gabriel, Nathaniel, Kielyn, Elijah, Kira, Gracelynn and Owen; and her sisters, Patricia Harris (Terry) and Peggy Harris (Donnie).

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care - Albemarle (1835 Badin Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org) Stanly Funeral and Cremation Care of Albemarle is serving the Kimrey family.
