He is survived by: his significant other Eleanor Story of New London; his children, Rebecca Holt Brandt (Robert) of Gainesville, GA and Curtis Holt (Beth) of West End, NC; his sisters, Loretta Stoker (Buddy) of Gastonia and Jahala Baucom of Albemarle; and his grandchildren, Joshua Thomas Brandt of Gainesville, GA, Jessica Leanne Brandt of Gainesville, GA, Joseph Allen Brandt of Gainesville, GA and Amber Holt Palmeiro (Preston) of Colleyville, TX..
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Rehobeth Methodist Church Cemetery (34156 Rehobeth Church Rd, Norwood, NC 28128).
