He is survived by: his mother Irene Mary Ouellette; his wife Alexis Ritchie Eudy; his stepchildren, Peyton Eudy and Piper Eudy; his siblings, Wayne Theberge of Wisconsin and Lisa Wilson of Massachusetts; his siblings' children, Shanelle Gonzalez, Amber Theberge, Brandon Bedard, Cameron Wilson, Crimson Wilson and Joey Theberge; and his family Mark.
