Paul J. Bell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2025, at the age of 86, Paul J. Bell of Albemarle, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Jay and Eva Mae Bell; his daughter Jennifer Paige Bell Cody; and his siblings, Mona, Donna Kay and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Bell of Albemarle; his daughters, Pam Knighten (Mitch) of New London and Karen Herlocker (Charles) of Albemarle; his grandchildren, Emma Coley (Jerrod), Mason Knighten, Austin Herlocker (Caitlin McAlhany), Carter Knighten (Kayla), Trey Knighten and Jax Herlocker; his great grandchild James Michael Coley; and his sister Barbara Graham of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Methodist Church (32056 Herrin Grove Rd, Mt Pleasant, NC 28124).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army for the Paul and Jean Bell Scholarship in memory of Jennifer Paige, P.O. Box 511, Concord, NC 28026.
