He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Haywood Mabry and Lois Marie Harward Mabry; and his brother Clarence Mabry. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lynn "Terry" Mabry of Albemarle; his daughter Megan Hartsell (Daniel); his grandson Liam Hartsell; and his siblings, Deborah Monroe (Mabry), Paul Mabry and Thomas Mabry.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the West Albemarle Baptist Church (336 Church St, Albemarle, NC 28001). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Baptists on Mission (memo line: DR [Disaster Relief] In Memory of Robert Mabry) in honor of Robert's lifelong commitment to service.
