She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lee and Metta Loflin Lowder; and her husband JD Perry. She is survived by: her sister Sue Lowder Frye of Albemarle, N. C.; and her nieces, Susie Furr (Rodney) of Albemarle, N. C., Amy Berry (Jonathan) of Greensboro, N. C. and Sally Elliott (Lee) of Walnut Cove, N. C..
A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care - Albemarle (1835 Badin Rd, Albemarle, NC 28001).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sid Talbert Youth Fund at West Albemarle Baptist Church in Vann's name.
