She is survived by: her mother Louise Mesimer; her husband Ronald Jerome Almond; her daughters, Deeanna Almond Lowder (Dean) of Mount Gilead and Renee Almond McRae (Keith) of Albemarle; her grandchildren, Lindsey McRae Swaringen (Alex), Rosalyn McRae Whitley (Jacob), Carmen Michelle McRae and Madison Grace McRae; and her great grandchildren, Layne, Becklyn and Bodhi.
