He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith "Polly" Gibson and Zebulon "Zeb" Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Debbe Gibson; his sons, Trey Gibson (Kate), Jesse Gibson (Jessica) and Graham Gibson (Martha); his brother Michael (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ethan, Owen, Carter, Grayson, Emma, Evelyn and Matthew; and his family Wolfpack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the V Foundation for Cancer Research in Tommy's memory.
