He was predeceased by : his parents, John Elmo Rice and Lucynda Davenport Rice; his stepmother Virginia T. Rice; and his siblings, Armore Rice, Shirley Gaskill, Frederick Rice and Gloria Preston.
He is survived by : his pet J. J.; his wife Millie I. Rice of Alliance; his sons, Johnny Rice (Jodi) and Rondall Rice (Annette); his grandchildren, Joshua Rice (Allison), Jacob Rice (Courtney), Kathleen Rice (Gerardo Alvarado) and Rachel Rice; his great grandchild Emma Rice; and his brother Jason Rice (Lisa). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
