He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tina West; his daughter Lorna Neal of Maine; his grandchildren, Ethan and Alyssa Neal; his daughter Stacy West of Craven County; his granddaughter Ivy Hardison; his siblings, Jean Davenport, Mary Cayton, Joyce Swimm and Woodrow West (Harleys); his parents, Robert West and Trudy West of Asheville, NC.; and his close friend Frank Brinson.
