She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Richardson Price and Simpson Eugene Price Jr.; and her siblings, Barbara Morris, Simpson Eugene Price III and Charles Price.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Lee Gilbert; her children, Judy Ann Nay (Robert "Bob") of Chattanooga, Tennessee, David Michael Gilbert (Cynthia) of Knoxville and Daniel Lee Gilbert (Jenny) of Anderson; her sister-in-law Doris Price of Andrews; and her grandchildren, Jacob Gilbert, Elizabeth Gilbert Prats (Joe), Ruth Nay Santos (Jordan), Joshua Nay (Brionna), Rachel Nay Shelton (Josh), Zachary Gilbert, Andrew Gilbert and Loren Gilbert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM at the Andrews United Methodist Church (101 Chestnut St, Andrews, NC 28901). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
