He is survived by: his wife Vickie Taylor Millsaps of Andrews; his stepson Randy Rogers (Amy) of Robbinsville; his granddaughter Mandy Price (Jim) of Maryville, TN; his stepgrandchildren, Macy Garland (Matthew) of Robbinsville and Payton Rogers (Maley) of Robbinsville; his great grandchildren, Houston Price (Emily) of Maryville, TN, Hunter Price of Maryville, TN and Hallie Morton (Isaiah) of Maryville, TN; his stepgreat-grandchild Osie Mae Rogers of Robbinsville; and his great great grandchild Wrenley Morton.
