Foy of St. Augustine, Florida and Amy K. Foy (Nicolas DeFlora) of New York; his granddaughters, Courtney Baldwin (James), Stephanie DeFlora Hsu (Shannon), Leigha Phillips (Michael Cianci) and Gwendolyn Foy; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian and Maxwell Hsu. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
