He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Sherrill Higgins and Wilma Reese Bryant Higgins; and his sister Teresa Willis. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Gilmore Higgins; his sons, Brian Bradshaw (Tammy), B. T. Higgins (Jeni) and Joe Higgins (Ashley Carter); his brother Wayne Dawes; and his grandchildren, Autumn Bradshaw, Ava Bradshaw, Hunter Bradshaw, Holden Bradshaw, Wyatt Higgins and Chloe Higgins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
