He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sloan and Miriam Roscoe Sloan. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sloan; his son Kyle Sloan; his brothers, Richard Sloan and Todd Sloan (Rebecca); and his brother-in-law Tim Brown (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Neill's Creek Baptist Church (4200 Neills Creek Rd, Angier, NC 27501). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the same location.
