She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldridge Carter and Sallie Carter; her siblings, Elza Lee Davis, Kathleen Dupree, Carson Carter and Clemuel Carter; and her close friend Glen Holland.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Holland (Sue), Wayne Holland (Sieglinde), Ronald Holland (Teresa) and Phil Holland (Edith). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Angier Baptist Church or to a charity of your choice.
