She was predeceased by: her parents, David Hill and Rosa Lee Pierce; her husbands, Clayton Earl Myers and Leon Guy; her son Jerry Wayne Myers; her granddaughter Wendy Gaye Myers; and her siblings, Thurman Pierce, Bobby Pierce, Ralph Pierce, Charles Pierce, Cecil Pierce, David Pierce, Jr. (Junior), Sherrill Pierce, Ruby Brown, Sadie Worley, Gladys Barefoot and Lois Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Earl Myers (Donna) of Holly Ridge, NC and Jo Ann Smith (Gary) of Angier, NC; her daughter-in-law Brenda Myers of Dunn, NC; her grandchildren, Jeremy Myers (Erin), Chad Myers (Leslie) and Myers Smith (Jen); her great grandchildren, Bryce, Brayden Myers, Nolan, Emery, Leah Myers and Gracen Smith; and her sister Queen Mary Mozingo (Rudy). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Savannah Hill PFWB Church (2176 Savannah Hill Rd, Dunn, NC 28334). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Savannah Hill Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church (2176 Savannah Hill Rd, Dunn, NC 28334).
