She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Dillon and Pearl Dillon of Whitesville; and her siblings, Roger Dillon, Eugene Dillon, Roland Dillon, Eva Mae Nabil, Ladena Dillon and Lula Belle Kile.
She is survived by: her husband Harley David Cabell of Angier; and her children, Brian Cabell (Christina) of Angier, Melinda Allen (Michael) of Petersburg and Amy Stevens (Chad) of Benson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Sylvester Church of God (22814 Coal River Rd, Sylvester, WV 25193). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made directly to the family to assist during this difficult time.
