He was predeceased by: his parents, Fate Aubrey and Sarah Frances Smith Foley; and his siblings, Helon Thomas, Audrey Mae Baggett, Shelby Jean Jones, James Harold Foley and Fate Aubrey Foley, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Renee Foley; his children, Lisa Sheffield (John), Kris Renee Foley, Chris Foley (Wilna), Sid Howard (Wendy) and Anthony Michael Howard (Kathy); his sister Judy Ann Jeffcoat; and his grandchildren, Scotty Coats (Kaisa), Joshua Sheffield (Heather), Caleb Sheffield (Staci), Monica Bowling, Ryan Foley, Aric Nasr, Gabby Werner, Ethan Howard and Brandon Howard. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home (300 E McIver St, Angier, NC 27501). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home (300 E McIver St, Angier, NC 27501).
