She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Price; and her parents, Woodrow Matthews and Viola Matthews. She is survived by: her children, Tim Price (Kim) of Willow Spring and Betty Emerson of Willow Spring; her grandchildren, Danielle Daniel (Josh) of Willow Spring, Landis Prince (Dustin) of Fuquay-Varina and Blake Beasley of Perry, GA; and her great grandchildren, Presleigh Prince, Anson Daniel, Brooks, Ellis and Charlotte Beasley. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
