She was predeceased by: her parents, Alejandro Sabbatini and Augusta Nerpiti Malvina; and her brother Lino Sabbatini. She is survived by: her husband Henry Guinazu; her sons, Gary Guinazu (Tina Guinazu) and Bryant Guinazu (Mara Zotta); her sister Elena Nazzarro; her grandchildren, Alexis Schmitt (Nickalus Schmitt), Marcos Guinazu and Julia Guinazu; her great grandchildren, Graham Schmitt and Nixon Schmitt; and her pet Roxy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Malvina's memory to the Wake County Animal Shelter.
