He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Ibarra (Jimmy) of Coats and Rhonda Alvarado (Martin) of Benson; his grandchildren, Chris Ibarra, Maria Ibarra (Jeffrey), Claudia Mozingo (A. J.) and Martin Alvarado Jr.; his great grandchild Tyler Johnson of Daphne, Alabama; his grandchildren, Nadia Ibarra of Coats, Emma St. John of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Chris St. John of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, Ryder Mozingo of Benson and Waylon Mozingo of Benson; his sister Virginia Barnes of Garner; and his pet Suzie.
A graveside service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery (2458 Johnston County Rd, Angier, NC 27501).
