He is survived by: his wife Catherine "Cathy" Jablonski of Apex, NC; his daughter Erin Szurgot; his son-in-law Connor Szurgot; his grandchildren, Peter and Louie of Wake Forest, NC; his son Thomas "Tommy" Jablonski of Apex, NC; his siblings, Melanie Santillo (Jim Santillo) of Hamburg, NY and Christopher Jablonski (Carol Ridley) of Rochester, NY; and his parents, Linda Biskup and Thomas Biskup of Orchard Park, NY. He is also survived by other family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Renaissance Funeral Home (7615 Six Forks Rd, Raleigh, NC 27615). A wake will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church (12333 Bayleaf Church Rd, Raleigh, NC 27614). A reception will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM and at 4:00 PM.
