He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Nilsson and Patricia Christensen Nilsson; his sister Karen; and his nephew Paul. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Feydt; his siblings, Dawn, Robin and Kevin; his cousin Tim; his brother-in-law Larry; his niece Maggie; and his nephews, Andrew, Kenneth, Phillip and Austin.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Tunnel to Towers.
