He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, James Henry Smith, Sr. and Helen DeRea Severson; his stepgreat-grandfather Glen Stanley Severson; his great-grandparents, Grover Dow Brewer, Sr. and Judy Irene McGowen; his stepgreat-grandfather Hinds Alex McGowen; and his great-grandparents, Harold, Jean Hughes, Eugene and Dolores Hay.
He is survived by: his parents, Matthew Brewer and Jennifer Brewer; his siblings, Jacob and Emma; his grandparents, James and Genie Hughes; his uncle Jimmy Hughes; his grandparents, Dow and Beverly Brewer; and his aunts and uncles, Michael, Heidi Brewer, Marshall and Jill Brewer. He is also survived by his grandparents; his extended family; his close friends; and his brothers.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Apex Funeral Home (550 W Williams St, Apex, NC 27502). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Wake Memorial Park (7002 Green Hope School Rd, Cary, NC 27519).
