He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Meredith Lowe, Sr. and Betty B. Lowe; his sister Ina Raye; and his brother-in-law Ray Jordan. He is survived by: his sister Bette "Jeanie" Duncan; and his nieces, Lisa Fant (Gene), Amy Wilkinson (Mark), Christy Hibbard (Ed) and Tina Falkner (Brian "Squid").
