She was predeceased by : her father Ronald Eugene Griffin Sr.. She is survived by : her mother Dr. Gwendolyn Keller Griffin of Archdale, NC; her husband John Thompson Garrison, Jr.; her children, Kathleen Garrison Austin (Ben) of Apex, NC, John Thompson Garrison, III (Alanna) of Holly Springs, NC and William James Garrison (Bianncah) of Carthage, NC; and her brother Ronald Eugene Griffin, Jr. (Debbie) of Archdale, NC. She is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
