She was predeceased by: her parents, Eula Mae Flowers and Exum Perry; her husband Richard P. Kennedy; her daughter Juanita Clevinger; her grandson Braden Clevinger; and her siblings, Kenneth, Duke, Billy Neal Perry and Hilda Lloyd.
She is survived by: her son Richard C Kennedy (Diane); her grandchildren, Kevin Clevinger (Virginia), Kyle Clevinger (Stephanie), Alise Walker (Raleigh) and Kristy Smith (Burgaw); her great grandchild Kelsey Clevinger Ashton (Virginia); and her siblings, Dennis Perry (Wake Forest), Mary Frances Ham Jean (Raleigh) and Bobbie Broadwell (Knightdale). She is also survived by 9 great great grandchildren; 10 nieces; 7 nephews.
