Mary leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Mary’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Alston (Jurother), Tammy Edwards-Leitzsey and Kirston Johnson; her siblings, Wencie Johnson, Irene Malone, Argashia Lewter, Gwendolyn Lewter, Willis Johnson (Rosetta), John Lewter and Samuel Lewter (April); and her friend Mary. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and a host of extended family.
