We are sad to announce that, on June 27, 2025, at the age of 92, Roy Cochran Jr. of Apex, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy B. Cochran and Virginia Spence Cochran; his brother Gerald W.; and his sister-in-law Carolyn H. Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Nell Hatfield Cochran; his son James Ronald "Ronnie"; his daughter-in-law Theresa Cochran; his daughter Beverly Cochran Beland; his son-in-law Richard "Bud" Beland, Sr.; his grandchildren, Christopher Cochran, Richard Beland, Shawn Beland (Meredith), Steven Cochran (Morgan), Chris Beland (Sara) and Kara Beland Bass (Travis); and his great grandchildren, Ava Beland, Kaitlyn Beland, Hailey Beland, Raegan Cochran, Adalynn Cochran, Rowan Beland, Reese Bass, Nathan Hutchinson and Logan Bass.
