He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Julia Finnegan (Maudy); his brother Thomas Finnegan; and his brother-in-law Scott Helgans. He is survived by: his father Thomas Finnegan; his wife Carla; his children, Madeline and Jack; and his siblings, Suzanne Bouton (Dave), Nina Helgans, Terri Finnegan, MaryJo Baltzer (Gordon) and Chris Finnegan. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, and a great-niece and great-nephew.
