It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Craddock of Ararat, North Carolina, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George William Turney, Sr. and Ruth Emma Smith Turney; and her brothers, Randy, Pete, Charles and Norman Turney.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Gene Craddock; her daughter Amanda Dolinger (John); her granddaughters, Rachel and Rebekah Dolinger; her brothers, Kim, Kenny and Matthew Turney; her stepsister Heather Turney Hutchens; her niece Jessica Turney Wall; and her close friends, Charlene, Vernon Lawson, Bobby and Megan Coake. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cox - Needham Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cox-Needham Funeral Home (822 W Main St, Pilot Mountain, NC 27041).
