He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gibson Brinkley; his sons, Bryan Brinkley (Pam) and Mike Brinkley; his siblings, Janie Brinkley Shaver (Steve) and Everett "Ike" Brinkley (Sue); and his grandchildren, Sydney and Michael.
