She is survived by: her son Dale Asbill (Carol) of Leonardtown, MD; her niece Cindy Shaver of Archdale, NC; her nephew Joe Haney of Archdale, NC; her stepchildren, Cindy Shepherd of Trinity, NC and Kevin Peele (Melinda) of Archdale, NC; her grandchildren, Aresa Erb (Eric) of Trinity, NC, Kimberly Nelson (David) of Salisbury, NC, Daniel Peele (Becky) of Archdale, NC, Bryan Peele of Raleigh, NC and Nicole Fore of Leonardtown, MD; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Erb, Nathanael Erb, Hannah Erb, Gabby Erb, Jonah Peele and Brantley Ridgely.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Cumby Family Funeral Service (206 Trindale Rd, Archdale, NC 27263). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Fairfield Community Church (1505 NC-62, High Point, NC 27263).
